We’re seeking a Senior Industrial Designer who thrives in the energy of creativity - shaping early ideas, sketches, and conversations into polished, buildable designs that captivate clients. You’ll work directly with high-profile, fast-moving clients who love breaking the norm and pushing boundaries. This role demands a designer who thrives in environments with minimal briefs, multiple stakeholders, and rapid iteration cycles. The ideal candidate is as comfortable working independently on a full project as they are guiding junior designers - translating open-ended client input into clear creative direction and actionable tasks. If you’re adaptable, fast on your feet, and know how to cut through the noise to deliver killer design work, this is your stage.
Required Qualifications
● 8-10+ years of professional industrial design experience.
● A portfolio that shows creative versatility, rapid iteration, and a knack for clarity from chaos.
● Mastery of 3D modeling and rendering tools.
● Strong presentation skills—you can win over a room with visuals and ideas.
● Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing quality or momentum.
KEY Responsibilities
● Lead projects from concept to delivery for cutting-edge consumer products and retail experiences.
● Transform creative briefs into clear creative direction and compelling concepts. Work either autonomously or in close collaboration with our internal strategy resources to integrate relevant shopper insights and brand immersion strategies into the solutions they develop
● Work directly with clients, designers, account leads and multiple internal teams to move projects forward fast.
● Produce multiple options, variations, and iterations for review—quickly and at a high standard.
● Work solo on full projects or translate client direction into briefs for junior designers.
● Create beautiful 3D models, renderings, and presentations (Cinema 4D, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite).
