LG&P is seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple highly complex projects simultaneously. The primary focus of this role is managing timeline, quality, risk reduction, and cost control across programs to ensure successful deployments for our customers.

This role requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around developing new ideas, systems, and technology, as well as analyzing and improving on existing ones. A high level of expertise is expected, along with the ability to spot and correct errors. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from team members. This is a fast-paced environment that involves leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Estimate and secure the resources (materials, personnel, vendor support, etc.) needed to achieve project goals.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to relevant parties/departments throughout the project life cycle.
  • Develop detailed, formal project plans, including internal costing, customer estimates, and timelines.
  • Engage all cross-functional teams and outside stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and manage changes in project scope with a risk management plan.
  • Identify potential problems that may affect defined deliverables.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans.
  • Manage internal and external project communications.
  • Develop and distribute status reports and other internal & external reporting documents.
  • Develop and monitor project development budgets.
  • Assure projects come in on budget, on-time, and deliver defined margin / ROI.
  • Identify and resolve variances to budgets and/or timelines.
  • Develop and manage project timelines (internal and external).
  • Identify key milestones.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Occasional participation in brand and retail installs, as well as brand and retail customer meetings/reviews.
  • Assist with the mentoring/training of other members of the Project Management team when requested.
