Join Our Great Team: LG&P is a leading retail design agency partnering with some of the world’s most influential brands - including Meta, Google, Amazon, Whirlpool, and Oura to name a few - to create innovative retail experiences that connect brands and consumers. Our work blends creativity, strategy, and craftsmanship to bring products to life in-store.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Retail Designer with an Industrial or Interior Design background to join our talented design team. Our design team thrives at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and execution. We collaborate across disciplines - strategy, design, graphics, engineering, and project management - to deliver retail experiences that inspire and perform. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside experienced designers and creative directors, contributing to projects for some of the world’s most recognizable brands while developing your own skills and design voice. The position would suit an emerging creative with a passion for retail and a desire to learn the craft of turning great ideas into great experiences.
The Junior Retail Designer will support the design team across all stages of project development, from concept ideation through to final presentation. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer looking to gain hands-on experience in retail and environmental design. You’ll assist with updating 3D models, creating renderings, building presentation decks, and supporting brainstorming sessions that shape the future of in-store brand experiences.
Required Qualifications
• 0–3 years of experience in retail, industrial, or environmental design (preferably a recent graduate)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, 3D skills, and a refined aesthetic
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
• Some travel may be required for prototype reviews or site / Store visits
KEY Responsibilities

● Support senior designers and creative directors in translating concepts into visual presentations.
Project Execution
● Assist with design documentation and production drawings as needed.
● Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
● Organize and maintain project files, assets, and design libraries.
Skills:
• Strong passion for retail and environmental design
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software (preferably Cinema 4D but SketchUp, Rhino, KeyShot, V-Ray, or similar)
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of visual composition
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative designer eager to learn and grow within a leading retail design agency. You’ll gain hands-on experience shaping in-store experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands and be part of a passionate, collaborative team that’s redefining the future of retail design.
