LG&P is seeking an Account Coordinator, designed to deliver hyper-focused service and support to one of our most critical, Fortune100 client teams. We are seekinga detail-oriented, multi-tasking problem solver with a strong work ethic who is collaborative in nature in dynamic environments. This role is hybrid, with the selected candidate ideally based in the SFO area, or, west coast-based, with travel every few monthsto either CA or NJ to support client and project activity.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years project coordinator experience, preferably in brand marketing, retail displays, exhibits or graphics production
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field an asset
• Ability to lift 25lbs on occasion.
• Domestic Travel infrequently (< 1/mo), Local travel (i.e. store audits,client meetings) 2-3x/mo.
• Experienced in all Office Applications (intermediate to advanced in Excel)
• Working knowledge of Google Platforms and Google Drive
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, efficient and process-oriented
• Strong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, &reasoning)
• Must be able to manage time very effectively to accommodate unique project demands
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate urgent items and requests, while following processes
• Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
• Willing and able to 'rollup their sleeves'to support prototype set up/take down, presentation set up, etc., with clients and other teammates
KEY Responsibilities
• Ensure that project and tasks assignedare delivered on-time and within scope
• Assist Account Managementand Project Management with generating design requests,engineering requests and estimating.
• Receive, generate and process ship requests; work with logistics to coordinate delivery with close-loop communications to customer re: timing, tracking,etc.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of an organization, both written and verbally.
• Develop and distribute status reports and other internal & external reporting documents
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Assist with sales/client correspondence
• Assist Sr. Director as required
• Identify problems that may affect defined deliverable
