This past October 2022, the LG&P team laced up their sneakers and took to the path at Van Saun Park in Paramus, NJ, for the 8th Annual Walk Together Against Domestic Violence. Hosted by the Center for Hope & Safety, this powerful event brought our team and the community together in a united stand against domestic violence.
With the crisp autumn air and sunshine peeking through the trees, we walked side by side—each step symbolizing our commitment to raising awareness, supporting survivors, and driving social change. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and this event was an opportunity to amplify the mission of CHS while making a real impact in Bergen County.
At LG&P, we believe in taking action for meaningful causes. Our partnership with CHS extends beyond this event—just weeks prior, we hosted our inaugural Fireside Chat, helping to spread awareness and start important conversations about domestic violence.
We are proud to have joined CHS and local businesses in this incredible effort. From forming teams to fundraising and showing up in full force, we are dedicated to supporting survivors and fostering a future free from violence.
This walk was just one step in our ongoing journey of advocacy and support. We look forward to more opportunities to stand alongside CHS and continue making a difference.
We invite everyone to join with us in supporting CHS’s mission of creating a community free from domestic violence and briming with hope and resilience. Join the movement today and walk alongside LG&P and numerous other local organizations to heighten awareness about domestic violence. Let’s stand together to assure a safer, more secure future for everyone.
