LG&P conducted an assessment of existing tools and a feasibility study to identify opportunities for improvement. The result was the Modular Display System that:
Allowed in-field customization and the ability to respond to customer
opportunities using changeable graphics, clip strips,
dump bins, peg bars, etc.
Adapted quickly and easily to accommodate new products and promotions.
Generated production cost savings due to volume efficiencies and freight
and warehouse cost savings by designing smaller, lighter,
more compact displays.
Nestlé Modular has rollout out globally with more than 15,000 units placed.
